Happy 2026 to our Gator Families! We are quickly approaching our 2026 Summer Swim Season and we are looking forward to seeing all our Gators and their families on deck.
Help us raise $15,000 to repair the pool parking lot!
Forest Hollow is a member of the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL), founded in 1956, to foster “A love for the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principals of good sportsmanship.” The Forest Hollow Swim Team fosters a spirit of community and a love for the sport of swimming.
The team focuses on enhancing the correct stroke technique for all swimmers, as well as continuing to foster the spirit of learning teamwork, good sportsmanship, and self-discipline. The Forest Hollow Swim Team also focuses on having some healthy fun!
As always, in order to make our swim team run smoothly we need of lots of key volunteer positions!

Mini-Gators
For our youngest swimmers who are just finding their way in the pool, we offer our Mini Gators Program. As long as your child is comfortable in the water and is able to participate in a group setting, we would love for them to join our Mini Gators Program. Additional coaches are hired for these practices in order to try give as much individualized attention as possible. Towards the end of the season, we host a special Mini Gators Meet, for our youngest swimmers to showcase what they have learned during the season and to get a feel for what it's like to participate in a meet. Most of our Mini Gators keep swimming and become a part of the Forest Hollow Swim Team!
Swim Meets
The more experienced competitive swimmers participate in the Saturday morning “A” meets. The developmental “B” meets on Monday nights are a chance for all Gator swimmers to compete, improve their stroke techniques and times.

Team photos are displayed online and are the source for end-of-season videos! Official photographers get discrete access on deck during meets, too!
