Paul Campanella

Paul grew up in Arlington and had a long career swimming in the NVSL and AAC. He swam for Dominion Hills, where he set a team record in the 100 IM and still holds the 9-10 team relay record. Paul also swam for Swanson Middle School and Thomas Jefferson High School. After high school he attended Virginia Tech, where he traveled to national competitions with the VT water polo team. Paul attended the Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga. He enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle focused on fitness and nutrition. Paul is looking forward to his 5th season as an NVSL coach with Forest Hollow!
